Free Laboratory Molecular Distillation Evaluations
Starting with our free lab trial in our glass Molecular or Short Path Evaporation systems, we generate samples to confirm success.  For this evaluation, we will need a 1 litre sample (we have been known to work with less when necessary).  We modify our short path distillation process to allow us to meet your purity requirements.

Our laboratory is equipped with a variety of analytical tools including  High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Gas Chromatography. 

Pilot Plant Test Short Path Distillation
With a successful separation at the laboratory level, we carry out pilot plant molecular distillation tests to quantify the qualitative results from the glass scale molecular distillation.  This will enable us to obtain quantitative and scalable data, product samples through drums of overhead or bottoms can be produced as required for your evaluations and your market development efforts, as well as to develop the necessary process information that will enable us to help you to scale up to your commercial molecular or short path distillation process.

Toll Distillation
Whether you need 100 grams of material, or perhaps several hundred tons, we can meet your requirements with our molecular distillation facilities. This can be for an interim or permanent production requirement depending on your strategic goals.  Our quality control and auditing capabilities will insure that the resultant product will be produced within your specification limits.

Our capabilities include the following: 

• Single or multiple stage short-path or wiped-film evaporators with preflash
• Fractional Distillation simulation, testing, and toll processing
• Feed viscosities from waterlike to highly viscous polymeric materials
• Vacuum levels down to 0.001 mbar and pressures up to 90 PSIG
• Temperatures up to 350 °C
• We specialize in low volume toll distillation work
